ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to conduct further investigation on the complaint dated 11.03.2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits on the complaint dated 11.03.2022 the respondent police conducted investigation and the same was closed as civil in nature.
