ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the subject property.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) cancelled the patta in the name of the petitioner's vendor and restored the same in the names of the original pattadhars. The petitioner wants to challenge the said order by way of revision before the District Revenue Officer (DRO). Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) in the manner known to law. No costs.
