O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made in Aranmanikulam Kanmoi in Survey No.360, situated at Kottampatti Union, Vellinipatti, Manappacheri Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Mr.VR.Shanmuganthan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submits that notices under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 were issued on 26.11.2017 to the encroachers directing them to remove the encroachment made in Aranmanikulam Kanmoi in Survey No.360, situated at Kottampatti Union, Vellinipatti, Manappacheri Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and subsequently notices under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, were also issued.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
