Heard both sides.
2. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned appeals. No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeals on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the respondent to pass order one way or the other.
3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
