PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, her husband and family members of her husband on the basis of her representation dated 23.09.2018 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and her husband and the family members of the husband.

2. The petitioner had given complaint dated 23.09.2018 to the respondent police. The respondent police based on the said complaint called the parties and specific undertaking has been given during the enquiry to the effect that the concerned persons will not interfere or cause threat to the petitioner and her family. and the fourth respondent the complaint was closed. The petitioner was also present before the court along with her counsel.

3. In view of the specific undertaking given by the parties no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is dismissed.
