It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 07.01.2017 based on which petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.13 of 2017 has been registered. Now the petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.13 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that one Alex had abused the petitioner over phone. The entire allegations appear very trivial. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the enquiry in C.S.R.No.13 of 2017 expeditiously and file either a closure report or take further action, as the case may be, under due intimation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner/defacto complainant.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
