ORDER

One S.Ramasubbu filed W.P(MD)No.1603 of 2023 for conducting survey. The writ petition was disposed of on 27.01.2023. The survey authorities issued notice. The petitioner offered his objections. Since the petitioner could not obtain any interim injunction, survey was conducted. Survey authorities have merely shown the four boundaries and nothing more. This by itself cannot affect the rights of the petitioner. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he has filed civil suit. The rights of the petitioner will abide by the civil suit filed by him.
