According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent, who lost the civil suit as against her, has lodged a complaint. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court, seeking police protection, by considering her representation, dated 26.04.2025. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that this petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Inspector of police as well as before the Superintendent of Police and it was enquired as a petition inquiry in CSR No. 220 of 2025 and as a current paper enquiry in C.No.G4/980/11797/SP Ten/Postal/25 and both the complaints were closed on 22.06.2025 as the parties undertook to adhere the order of the Civil Court. A copy of the closure report is placed before this Court. 2/4

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
