Respondents PRAYER: Petition is are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the tender cum auction notification of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/8369/2015 dated 19.08.2016 as well as his consequential "Recommendation Note" placed through letter in A1-8369-2015 nk.gh.thh;L in respect of granting lease hold right for 3 years so as to occupy a shop No.131 situated at the front entrance of new bus stand, Tirunelveli City and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to hold re-tender for such lease hold right.
