This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order passed by third respondent, which was communicated to the petitioner on 12.06.2019, dated nil.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in the light of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Marappan Vs. Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Namakkal reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689, this writ petition is not maintainable.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach the authorities concerned by way of filing a representation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, the authorities concerned is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
