ORDER
Seeking patta, the petitioner has submitted an application before the Tahsildar on 14.03.2023. The Tahsildar has already passed an order granting patta in respect of the subject property in favour of another person and therefore, the Tahsildar has forwarded the petitioner's application to the Sub Collector, Paramakudi. The petitioner, under the impression that the Tahsidlar has not passed any order on her application, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of her application. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's application is now pending before the Sub Collector, Paramakudi and in view of the pendency of this writ petition, they have not passed any orders on the said application.

3.In view of the above submissions, this Court suo-motu impleads the Sub Collector, Paramakudi, as a party respondent to this writ petition and Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader is to take notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent.
4.The Sub Collector, Paramakudi, shall conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Index :
