For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.527 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the alleged continuous harassment of the petitioner herein the minor victim girl aged about 15 years committed suicide.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) raised objection by stating that inspite of warning given by the parents of the victim the petitioner continuously harassed the victim.

4. Investigation is in progress and the in the event of granting anticipatory bail there is likelihood of tampering the evidence or witnesses.

CRL OP(MD). No.13158 of 2020 5.This being the factual situation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
