Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAROON RASHEED D.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.P.KOTTAI CHAMY Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10168 of 2021, dated 16.08.2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.08.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
