2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner herein is neither a complainant nor an accused in Crime No.134 of 2019.

3. The counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to convince the Court as to the locus of the petitioner in seeking the abovesaid direction.

4. In view of the submission that the petitioner is neither a complainant nor an accused in Crime No.134 of 2019, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
