ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent Police are harassing them under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent Police have conducted preliminary enquiry and have also registered a case as against the petitioners in Cr.No.16 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 506(i) IPC.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
