ORDER
The only request made by the petitioner is for correction of his initial and father's name in the 10th Mark Sheet. 2.I am of the view that no exception can be taken to this request. Therefore, the impugned order dated 28.10.2015 issued by the respondent in e/f/vz;/ 158881/ gp 4/2015, is quashed and the writ petition is allowed.
3.Therefore, the respondent is directed to issue the corrected Matric Mark sheet based on the writ petitioner's 12th Standard Mark sheet, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
