ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and after dispensing with the notice on the fifth respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage against him. 2/5
2. The petitioner appears to have given a complaint to the respondents 1 to 4 on 09.04.2025 to disconnect the power connection given to the fifth respondent for agriculture purpose.
3. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the aforesaid connection has not been used for agriculture purpose and and it is used for construction of house in the petitioner's land. Further, there has to be a private dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein.
4. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage, the third respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, dated 09.04.2025, strictly in accordance with law under the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003, after due notice to the fifth respondent within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
