ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner solely on the ground that his name has been included in the History Sheet.

2. It is seen that the petitioner himself has stated in the petition that his name has been included in the History Sheet. According to the petitioner, he is now working in another district, where the respondent police has been harassing the petitioner, but the petitioner has not specified any incident of harassment.

3. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 27.05.2026 NCC :
