[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting Innisai Kacheri on 17.01.2017 in the place mentioned in the petition by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that on 21.12.2016, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, but the same has not been considered.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the following order can be passed.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The second respondent viz., Sub Inspector of Police, Pavoorchathiram Police Station, Tirunelveli District is directed to look into the representation dated 21.12.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of seven days.
