ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 392 r/w Section 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.562 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the de-facto complainant and demanded money with knife point. Thereafter, he threatened the public with a knife when they came to caught him. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner involved in the case, similar in nature is pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
