ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P.Ganapathi Subramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of V. Neelagandan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5497 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
