ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The complainant is one Suvitha. The allegation is that the accused had held out an assurance that if she paid a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-, they would obtain a job in the Court. The complainant states that she had parted with sum of Rs.7,00,000/-. The petitioner is figuring as first accused. Since this is a case of job racketing, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
