The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A.K.Tv.1/2016, dated 20.04.2016, quash the same and consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2017.

2.Heard Mr.A.George Stephen Kanikkairaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sadesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit though the petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the respondent, dated 20.04.2017, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2017.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the 2nd respondent is ready to consider the representation of the petitioner along with all necessary documents. 5.In view of the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2017 and pass orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
