RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit for a period of 10 days to furnish sureties as per the order of this Hon`ble Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10768 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 7134/ 2020 :

To issue a direction to the defacto complainant Mr.T.S.M.Chandsekar to return all the properties documents stands in the name of petitioner's wife Mrs.K.E.Shanthi to the petitioner in order to comply with the conditions in the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10768 of 2020 dated 07.10.2020. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10768 of 2020.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.10768 of 2020 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition to deposit the property documents that stands in the name of the his wife, which is not less than value of Rs.5,00,000/- with proper value certificate, to the credit of Crime No.61 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai is modified to that effect that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.61 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
