O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give adequate Police protection to the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondent is preventing the petitioner to re-construct a house and threatening him with rowdy elements.

3.It appears that the petitioner is having dispute with his brother/private respondent and has filed this petition seeking police protection for re-constructing his house. In the event if the petitioner and his brothers are having agitation, they may file a civil suit for injunction. When the petitioner is having remedy before the civil Court, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the writ petition 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court. No costs.
