ORDER

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 has submitted that this petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., and already final order was passed and produced a copy of the order and the same was served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Further submitted that since already final order was passed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would contend that the final report was passed after conducting proper enquiry. Thereby nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this petition become infructuous.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested that the petitioner has no knowledge about the final order and he may be given 2/4

liberty to challenge the final order proceedings. 4.In view submissions made by either side and recording the submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order, he can approach the appropriate authority by filing appropriate petition in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
