O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from displaying the list of History Sheeted rowdy in K.D.History Sheet No.44/2015 dated 14.07.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his name has been illegally included in the History Sheet and therefore, he is before this Court with the above prayer.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if a representation is given by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, the same will be considered in terms of PSO 748(2).

4. Recording the submission, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent Superintendent of Police and on such representation being given, the same shall be considered in terms of PSO 748(2). No costs.
