This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi to expedite the trial in C.C.No.1124 of 2017 within the time limit.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1124 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
