ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2026.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent have agreed to workout their remedy before the Court of law and on that basis, the complaint came to be closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report of the complaint. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
