RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an extension of time to execute the order passed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 5802 of 2021 on 23.04.2021 on the file of this court in so far as the petitioners concern and pass orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRABHU.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5802 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021.

2. It appears that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 23.04.2021 and after a period of 5 months, this application has been filed for extension of time, stating that due to the pandemic situation, the petitioners could not arrange the sureties. CRL MP(MD) No.7451 of 2021 reasons assigned in the petition.
