ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 468, 467 r/w 471 and 120 (b) of I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed and as on today, no complaint is pending against the petitioner in the respondent police. That apart, earlier the defacto complainant filed the same complaint, which has also been enquired into and closed.

CRL OP(MD). No.14709 of 2021 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no petition is pending against the petitioner, no further order is necessary in this petition and the same is closed.
