ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family for the life, limb for the enjoyment of property peacefully, in Survey Nos.196/2, 235/3, 268/7, 271/9 and 273/6 situated at Arasakulam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, against respondent No.3 to 5.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint seeking for police protection and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry. 3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
