Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.2 to strictly instruct the respondent No.3 to not to harass on the basis of the representation dated 04.10.2018 given by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.323 of 2018 and investigation is pending before the third respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfere with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. 5.Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
