This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and to provide police protection to conduct "Aadalum Paadalum" dance programme on 15.08.2019 from 06.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in pursuant to the 39th Year Urchava Vizha of Sree Muthumariamman Thirukovil, situated at Manavalan Nagar, Sellur, Madurai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 15.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 18.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
