ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned 1st Additional District and Session cum PCR Court, Trichy under the SC/ST Act to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the date of surrender in connection with Crime No.676 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13218 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner is involved in Crime No.430 of 2015, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 355, 353, 323, 447 and 294 (b) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is a matter of 2015 and after that, there is no case. 4.However, considering the antecedents of the petitioner, the discretionary relief cannot be granted at this stage. 5.This petition is dismissed accordingly.
