Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval of appointment from the initial date of her appointment i.e., 02.07.2019 as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent School with all attendant benefits and monetary benefits.

3. The petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent School on and from 02.07.2019. The proposal dated 04.04.2022 sent by the School in this regard to the second 2/5

respondent through the third respondent is kept pending till date without any orders. Hence, the writ petition.

4. Since no orders have been passed on the proposal sent by the fourth respondent School for approval of appointment of the petitioner, I feel it is appropriate to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the proposal.

5. In view of the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of and the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the proposal dated 04.04.2022 sent by the fourth respondent School for the approval of appointment of the petitioner on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
