O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.04.2021, and thereby, direct the respondent to take appropriate action, against the offender with regard to her complaint, pending before the respondent police.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a dispute arose between the petitioner and one Senthilvel and others with regard to the pathway and so, she made a complaint stating that the above said person is making threat. But, even though, she sent a complaint, on 05.04.2021, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is residing in Chennai. The complaint has been sent through Registered Post, on 05.04.2021, and received on 07.04.2021, and enquiry is pending in CP.No.67 of 2021. But, the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer for completing the enquiry. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she did not receive any information.

5. But, however, since the enquiry has been undertaken by the respondent herein, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry. Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 6.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
