O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval of the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in the fourth respondent College from the date of appointment of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the proceedings for approval of appointment of the petitioner is still pending and the same will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, if there are no legal impediments, this Court expects that the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
