ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.312 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.10936 of 2021 was dismissed on 12.08.2021.

3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to state the change of circumstance, which entitles the petitioner for moving this anticipatory bail Petition.
