ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner retired from the Corporation on 30.09.2017 His grievance is non-settlement of the surrender leave salary to him. 3.The issue raised in the writ petition is no longer res integra. It is squarely covered by the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.(MD)No.1883 to 1892 of 2021.

4. Respectfully following the same, the respondents are directed to disburse the surrender leave salary to the petitioner herein within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If disbursement is made within three months, it will not carry interest. If it is not paid within three months, it will carry interest at the rate of 6% from the date of the petitioner's entitlement.
