ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2016 and to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of his initial appointment (i.e) 01.02.1995 as Badali with all service and monetary benefits and further direct the respondents to grant appropriate scale of pay applicable to the post which the petitioner holds.
2. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the respondents that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, an order came to be passed on 04.04.2017 by negating the claim of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submission, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 04.04.2017, in the manner known to law.
4. Granting such liberty, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
