This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct Vinayagar festival and competitive programmes at TNHB Colony, near E.B.Office Villapuram, Madurai District on 05.09.2016 to 07.09.2016.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents undertakes to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 05.09.2016.
