ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 448 and 506(ii)of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that a case has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.935 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 427, 506(i) IPC, as early as on 03.09.2021. But, this application was filed on 06.09.2021, without mentioning the crime number.
