This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting Vinayagar Chathurthi procession and to put up Vinayagar Statue in the temples viz., Ramalpuram Kanthaariamman Kovil, Theruku Kaliamman Kovil, Indira Nagar Vinayagar Temple, Bharathi Nagar Near Peramaiah Temple, Idaiayakadu Near Mariamman Kovil, Pajanai Madam Street Ramar Kovil, Sooriya Thottam Throwpathai Amman Kovil at Madukkur, Tanjore District and provide adequate police protection on 04.09.2016 to 07.09.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents undertakes to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2016 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 04.09.2016.
