ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2) and 336(2) of BNS, in Crime No.Not known of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing this petition, an FIR came to be registered and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
