ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to shift the transformer from the entrance of the petitioner's plot, situated at Plot No.2, Survey No.31/2C, Chenbaga Moorthy Nagar, Thiruppuvanam Pudur Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2018.

2.The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein at paragraph No.4, it is stated that the request of the petitioner would be considered, if the petitioner is ready and willing to bear the shifting charges as stated in Regulation 5(5) of Electricity Supply Code r/w Deposit Contribution Work (DCW) Scheme. 3.In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to file an application before the respondents with required documents along with necessary fee, after which, the same shall be considered forthwith.
