Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to remove the encroachment made in S.No.26/1 in Soorakadu Village, Mullankurichi Post, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District made by the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2016.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove encroachments alleged to have been made by the third respondent in Survey No.26/1, Soorakadu Village, Mullankurichi Post, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus, on the basis of representation dated 14.11.2016. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has contended to the effect that the concerned Village Administrative Officer has submitted a report to the second respondent on 07.06.2017, wherein it is stated that the third respondent has made encroachments in Survey No.26/1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the second respondent is directed to remove encroachments on the basis of report dated 07.06.2017 submitted by the concerned Village Administrative Officer under due process of law within a period of two months.
