/ SE/REDC/RMD/DFC/RCS/AS/Asst./F.HT.SC.No.018/ D.No.1252/19 dated 10.07.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant re-connection to the petitioner's company in connection in HT SC No.018. relating to the impugned G.O.(MS)No.50, Home, Prohibition & Excise (VIII) Department, dated 29.10.2012 in which amendment was made to condition No.7, Licence in Form FL-2 of the Tamil Nadu Liquor (License and Permit) Rules 1981 and quash the same.
