Cr.No.100 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have abused the brother of the defacto complainant and assaulted him with knife and bottle. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that in view of the antecedents of the petitioner, earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed and there is no change in circumstances. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
