ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e., on 1st and 15th of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2596 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20444 of 2025 dated 09.02.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 27-05-2026 Rmk To The Inspector Of Police, Koodal Pudur Police Station Madurai District.
